The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient. Another great aspect was the nice bathroom and soft sheets in the room. It reminded me of a little luxury after a long day of sightseeing. Lastly, I really enjoyed the fact that there were windows in the room that opened out to the street. It was nice to be able to let in some fresh air and hear the sounds of the city.

Dislikes and Worst Aspects: One thing that bothered me was the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The room I got the first night was not ideal, but the reception staff was very helpful and changed it for a much better one on a higher floor with beautiful views. I'll recommend this hotel. Affiliated By Melia.

Great location, near famous attractions and public transportation. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch.

The hotel is amazing location in the center of this city, right in front of the metro and on a main shopping street with big franchise names. It is also within easy walking distance of all the main tourist sites. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with plenty of storage space. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes and the staff were efficient and friendly.

It is surrounded by stores, restaurants, and attractions, all within walking distance. The metro station "Gran Via" is right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. As a light sleeper, I found the room to be quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
